Copied the GC-Basic+ course (backup/restore) and changed the name so that there would be 3 courses in the Demos category. Also so that I can clean up the Basic+ course for use as the default course template (specified in JICS).

Can I create a course?
Create a course with a lot of assignments so that scrolling is a pain. Then install collapsed topics plugin and see what happens. (Collapsed Topics is a format choice for the course, like Topics, Weekly, and Social. Edit Settings for the course and scroll down to Course Format>Collapsible Topics)
